wah...seems like sales really can earn big bucks. Corporate sales? Finance? I'm sure it is not easy.

Think out of the box?
Yes...like sell backside?....like Lee Song Teck of Gold Guarantee, selling scam gold investment products to public....like Jerry Tan Kim Huat, owners of many time share companies that scam people money from travel scam packages etc...

Both of us are in mid 30s, combined annual income of 330k include bonus and allowances. I am in real estate consultancy and wife does executive coaching.
We stay in a condo and own 2 other prime condos for investments with 3.7mil mortgage left. The rest of our assets at 700k are mostly in endowments, unit trust and fixed deposits.

Earn big bucks?
Compared to all the twenties and thirties here, i'm way below average.
Assets - liabilities = -ve for us.

No wonder property prices will keep going up because people earn so much nowadays.

Wake up dude, scholars are not paid so low lah.
Scholars are under AO scheme, most AOs will reach Senior Director or Dy Secretary by 40. Total compensation would be closer to 600-700k, so if both couple are scholars we are looking at combined household income of 1.2-1.4M.
