Must look at the total annual pay, some companies have different bonus and benefits. Cannot just look at basic salary all the time.

a "A" performer, when you promote, you get 8% max for just for promotion only

So 5%-7% is considered average?? Then I have average increment liao.  My boss told me is above average. ( I thought 4.5% is average.

Because I read the average in Singapore is 4.5%. Not sure how accurate it is..
