Actually can anyone in gov sector hr pls explain why are they so slow? Been almost 2 mths since application to now still haven't offer loa leh... Other cs/ps quite fast leh. And tried to apply back to a place where I worked before all get rejected means what?

Of course la. They need to weed out all those JLB ones, those who join for the wrong reason i.e. money or those with hidden agendas.

Some pple think that HR only do recruitment and that's not true.

HR do a lot of things which has nothing to do with recruitment.

What they do besides recruitment?

No one seems to know.

If your co-worker chase you to do things and outsiders also chase,

What will you do?
