Its a chinese-chinese company. What are you expecting?
Just look at how CCP runs China and its processes that's probably not too far for tiktok

Working at TikTok, like any company, can vary depending on your role and team. While some tech companies, including Chinese ones, have faced discussions about the 996 work culture (9 a.m. to 9 p.m., 6 days a week), it's essential to remember that not all employees may experience this. Working hours can differ across departments and regions.
It's true that some Chinese tech companies have been associated with longer work hours, but it's not a universal rule. Many factors, such as the nature of your job, your team, and local labor laws, can influence your work experience.

It will be typical no WLB stress lor, working for tiongs
Stay in MNC la, especially european MNCs. ang mo companies are still best to work for at the end of the day due to employee benefits and treatment
When will sinkies realize that being an asian working for a tiong company doesn't confer any benefits? It just means tt you are a second class sinkie working for your tiong overlords.
Better to remain a second class sinkie working for ang mo overlords. At least treatment is better
