Can confirm above range. Was offered 8.5k for the 2023 PM grad program, and a friend was offered 11k for SWE w 1 YoE. High but not unheard of among crypto cos. Question is how they can still afford to burn cash amid the bear market, didn't get a straight answer from HR on this.

anyway crypto tech is pretty garbage and boring af, not really transferrable.

go farm as much money as u can and bail

Didn't take the role, accepted another offer w a crypto MM as a quant. Better pay and more challenging work. Also, heard the culture in OKX is still v Chinese, just something to keep in mind for others interested in applying
