Can confirm above range. Was offered 8.5k for the 2023 PM grad program, and a friend was offered 11k for SWE w 1 YoE. High but not unheard of among crypto cos. Question is how they can still afford to burn cash amid the bear market, didn't get a straight answer from HR on this.

OKX is backed by rich chinese investors, that's how.
anyway crypto tech is pretty garbage and boring af, not really transferrable.
go farm as much money as u can and bail

Didn't take the role, accepted another offer w a crypto MM as a quant. Better pay and more challenging work. Also, heard the culture in OKX is still v Chinese, just something to keep in mind for others interested in applying

Unfortunately got let go about a week ago.
Was from the 2022 batch... market is rough for crypto, becareful guys.
