You can be fired within the 3 years as it is considered probation period

What is the 3 year program even about, i thought there's no rotation since you interview for teams directly. Anyway I doubt most people can even make it pass the 2 year mark, let alone 3 lol

ya same, but my friend who applied earlier got the questions the guy quoted

i think they rotate out the questions, confirm people will share share so no surprise if they have a list of questions and keep rotating the questions

otherwise anyone can get in lol
