Still awaiting response but though to share the process:

1 x case study
2 x interviews ( these are based off your interest i.e. Web3.. etc)
Anybody knows the timeline/process next? Am not too sure also.

I thought the offer is standardized for everyone at 8.75k, unless you got competing offer?
