Thanks for sharing, great stats! How is the bonus looking like? How does it vary upon your hitting (or not hitting) the Revenue Target?

Congrats! You started as wealth so you at least save a couple of years.

Retail (<100k)- 2 to 3 years
Wealth (100k) - 2 to 3 years
Privilege (350k) - varies. Many are stuck here as this is the biggest jump in terms of AUM.
PR (2mio) - varies
