nonsense la , go see GES survey and look at the average tech companies , got many private uni students , all lj kind one , cannot do leetcode easy still can get in
knn talent my ass , u got talent ? stay in SG work and earn peanuts for fk ? real talents all go US work in their FAANG get 200-500k a year and not stay in SG earning < 120 k for 10 years+

Agreed. Lots of SG tech people like to act high and mighty and fear monger lol reality is that anyone can code.
The difference is whether you'll go to the US and make a million in 3 years or stay in SG and earn way above average. Nothing wrong with the latter, especially with good WLB and WFH.
