Will I still get to keep the PB is I tender in 1st March?

No. You will usually have to stay until 30 April of that year to receive or retain the bonus.

Hi, thanks. I thought staying till end apr applies only to SVP ? Can you explain what u meant by "usually"?

Because in all the years I have worked, it has always been 30 April but they can always change that date. Normal civil servants is 30 April. If you are a superscale grade officer then it's a month after that, ie. 31 May.

I get what you mean, but there was no mention of PB in the IM only SVP

yes. Have to tender on 1 apr in order to still get ur PB

Is the PB and SVP supposed to come in together with your monthly salary?

If I'm just getting my usual monthly salary in March, does it mean that I was probably not graded well enough to warrant a PB and SVP? :/

PB and SVP will be paid into your account on 24 March 2011. You will find out on 21 or 22 March 2011 the exact quantum of both.

How about stats board? bonus is how much for 2011? any idea any one? when will be paid?
