In my ministry, I am confused by the title Senior Executive and Asst. Manager. Is Asst Manager's grade always higher than Senior Executive? I am asking as I see some junior ppl as Asst Manager, and I am shocked that they are Asst. Manager? Is Asst Manager's Grade MXO12? and Senior Executive's MXO !3 (I)?

Senior Execs are equivalent to MSO4 / MX12. Asst Manager is the default title for new grads, 1-year after contract renewal, they auto become Manager aka MX12.

I also promoted to 13(i) a couple of years ago. Boss says no more promotion for me, due to the type of job that I am doing, and she does not want to redesign my job scope. So I have to either accept it or leave the branch. I am in a fix as I am not young.

Actually, If you have diploma can move on to MX12 but if you do not have, cannot. No matter how hard you work. Also, you must have the diploma when you join but mid-way like studying and working.

Anyone know how much a DPP/JLC earns? Is it comparable to private sector?
