first year of contract started grading?
i start work may 2024, and i am being ranked, C- somemore. I thought it used to be that first full year of service the default grade is C? did they make it easier to give people C-? kindda surprised that i was being graded for my half of year of service. anyone had the same experience?

When is PB payout for uniforms side?
Per stated. Anyone knows? Seems like CPF credited but PB money still not in.

Non uniform here. Cpf for Pb generally credited on 1 April. Normal cpf from pay is always around first week of the month
