I also heard there are quite a few cases of internal tran***s, and quite a few Ms’*n hiring their own people... a friend from inside told me over last weekend

Is it that bad ah? Their starting pay is quite good for fresh grad tho. Every MNC also has this issue

any MNC you join, dont even think about progression unless u are the top 10% in the intake

You sound like you don’t understand Economics even. There’s no clear correlation between good starting pay and ratio of foreign/local talent in an mnc. No wonder fresh grad.
Btw do your homework. Altho it is related to US, dis is a tech one with multiple offices in SEA and NEA. In general, many mncs have mobility programs.
If you think they only hire locals mainly, think again
