Am due for a salary review and not sure if I’m being underpaid in the market. What is the range for Private Bank FO roles as AVP? Is 7.5k a good figure?

hi all, just wondering, im thinking of skllsfuture programs to upskill. does anyone have any advice, or experience in taking these courses? then afterwards can pivot to banking.

10-15k on average. 7.5k is seriously low.

Depends how many years of exp u have

There’s definitely a cap for ARMs, depending on your rank. I do think AVP top range can go anywhere up to 11-12k. I guess if ur in a smaller bank or local bank then the cap may be lower

What MO role to be specific? Have any prior exp or 4 years fresh out of grad?

with that YOE and still being a AVP shows that you're a loser

Anyone knows what’s the cap for avp4 in ocbc? How many yoe usually to go to vp3?
