I'll have to disagree with you since I'm a guy and I've been working in this field for nearly 5 years now. I am an SEO expert, and there are other 5 SEO experts in our company, who are all males. There are only 2 females in our team, but you should know that gender doesn't matter as long as the person can do the job right.
