Upcoming Project Launches in 2017 | 61001778
There will be about 7 upcoming launches to look out for in year 2017.
If you are looking for the East, there will be Seaside Residences by a joint venture including Frasers, near Siglap MRT Station. Another development in the East at New Upper Changi Road, we have Grandeur Park Residences by CEL (Chip Eng Seng) near Tanah Merah MRT.
In the West, there will be Clement Canopy by UOL at Clementi Avenue 1 near the NUS and Jurong Lake District. There will be another one at Bukit Batok Avenue 6 by Qingjian Realty.
In the city fringe, we have Artras @ Alexandra View with about 400 units by Tang City Holdings, near the Redhill MRT Station. In the city, look out for 8 Martin Residences by GuocoLand. Last but not the least, we have another one by a consortium at Fervale Road with about 605 units. Read on now.
