Upcoming new launch at Jurong Lake.
Lake Grande is an upcoming new launch by developer MCL Land. Situated within 2mins walk from Lakeside mrt station. Jurong district is undergoing major transformation as the next regional centre.
Jurong Gateway precinct have almost completed its transformation with the operational Ng Teng Fong Hospital as well as Big Box Warehouse. IMM shopping centre has also improve in their shop qualities. Many branded names are setting shop in Jurong. Cited to be the next CBD after Tanjung Pagar, more offices are relocating here.
