Boss is a BULLY
Dear all,
I'd like to seek advice from you guys with regards to dealing with difficult and unreasonable bosses. Cutting pay using cutting expenses as an excuse..... and not allowed to take leave unless someone replaces you... I really cannot take it anymore.. even though I am just a part-timer. How do I get myself out of the situation? I think the contract is a contract for service...
Thanks..

Normally the answer is to resign since you cannot take the culture and the cutting cost on your paycheck. But before doing so, you need to have good amount of savings being out of job or have a backup career.. Who knows when you can land a job. If you under a contract, you still have to stay till the end of the contract has the clause for minimum working period...

When You are working for somebody, You really have no say.
You may voice out and cry What You think is right, but Your boss will tell You "go back to work and shut up.. or get loss".
Take it as training to be a MAN in society. "If I am working for somebody, I am a Mr. Nobody. If I need this job, I just have to lan lan suck thumb. "
