Mayfair Gardens
Mayfair Gardens is within minutes' walk to King Albert Park MRT station (Downtown Line), and a few stations' ride to the city centre, Orchard shopping belt and Central Business District for work or leisure. Based on preliminary plans, King Albert Park station is slated to become an interchange with the future Cross Island Line. There are also many public bus services along Dunearn Road to connect to all parts of the island. Other new launches are Pasir Ris 8, The Florence Residences, Cuscaden Reserve , Sengkang Grand Residences , Urban Treasures, Infini At East Coast, The Antares condo, Leedon Green, and Meyer Mansion.
