Banks vs money transfer services . Which is better to pay freelancer ?

i am a self establish person. I am hiring some people from another country. But in payment system i see they do not have much option. They told me two items one is bank and another is money transfer service. I do not know about it very much. So i want to know which is better and lowest cost to pay freelancer bills?

A few years ago I was using many online payment transfer companies including PayPal & Skrill but due its huge fees that I could not afford, I came to know about Payoneer later and finally I decided to open a Free Payoneer Account. Fortunately I got funds from a few companies I used to work with & I withdrew all those funds to Payoneer and because of those funds, I also got a Free Payoneer MasterCard idea as well from here https://www.payoneerhow.com/payoneer-mastercard/ & ordered a Free Payoneer MasterCard for my Payoneer account which literally took me around 40 days to receive through Local Post Office.

I took the MasterCard, linked it with my account and now I can easily withdraw funds from my Payoneer account through ATM using the Card and also I can easily withdraw funds from my Payoneer account using a local bank account.

So my recommendation on best online payment transfer company is Payoneer!
