Insurance (non-sales role)

OA: 23,497.33 (+ 61,966.92 in CPFIS - EndowUs and DollarDex)
SA: 81,041.64
MA: 43,816.38

Suggest u sell ur bto and live on the streets rent free.


Then transfer all oa to sa to get 4.01 percent interest
And become 1M65

Me & wife both 52
Combined CPF OA=$800k, SA=$600k, MA=$136k

Owns 2 private properties (paid up mostly cash payments)

Looking to retire at 55

You will be able to reap your CPF payout in 13 years time. Delayed gratification is the way to go.

we should have enough to enjoy from 55, with the passive income from rental, dividends from stocks, Tbills, SSB, plus the withdrawable CPF interest above the ERS sum. anything from age 65 will be considered a bonus. We are grateful already.

Husband late 50s wife late 40s

Cash 120k

CPF 1 mil
OA 305K
SA 296K Wife 199k
RA 200(FRS)
Medisave 65k + 34k (wife)

Investment - 832k
SRS (stocks) 250k
T bills 400k
Stocks 182k

Annuity from age 65 $1200/month for 10 years, $105K bonus at maturity
Insurance value matured from age 63 to 65 - $600k

Fully paid condo
Car Loan 16k

Intent to retire soon with 2 children graduating by age 65. Feasible?

Late 30s

Total cpf now 340 with 130 taken out for housing. Am i on par with peers of my age group
