U come to forum, both sides forum users may have bad things to say about themselves or each other.

Sometimes it comes down to very practical considerations other than the obvious of pay - do a Google search, see what news or other reviews come up, how profitable they were in last FY, etc. All this may be relevant when you are looking to exit.

Where is the office, how long is the commute from your housing. This is relevant in case u have to work longer hours OT. Do they allow hybrid, this one maybe you can ask HR cos different function may have different arrangement etc.

How long is the probation, see if you can find any information on how many leave after probation.
