Interested to apply for a role in Corporate Planning or Industrial Estate in JTC. May I know how JTC is like? In terms of pay scale, working culture, work life balance, etc.

Not an engineer here, 2nd upper honours from local uni.

slow steady bureaucratic culture, good for mid career retiremnt

I find it amusing that they have three rounds of interview. Some stat boards only need one 15 min interview to confirm.

The no. of rounds is not the most funny art. Last year when I went down for interview got 4 interviewers and 1 note taker. Maybe that was suppose to impress, but I was just laughing inside, must be dam free and old fashion to have 5 people sit around do nothing but interview a executive position.

rejected an offer a few years back. it is not the highest paying stat board out there, although they like to tout that you get to learn more etc...
