Saw rumours on Reddit that there’s a change in our operating model with effect from March next year? Now all DTE like S&C, Tech, Ops, Security, Song all going to be combined as one?? Like that jobs confirm will some be lost

How does this work Sia cos as we all know S&C skillsets are different from Tech and Song. There’s no AM, AD career levels as well. Or it’s just like a big umbrella but within it still remains these days”functions”? This makes more sense

Pretty sure it’s just a cover umbrella over. Cos for S&C consulting arm, our model is changing back to the client group approach with FS (Banking), Telco, HPS, Philippines
