Literally not what the program is about lmfao you have 0 idea wtf you're talking about.

Maybe learn how basic compassion works instead of being a typical Asian dipshit going "LOLOLOL LEARN URSELF BRO SPOONFEED??". Dumbass. Shove the spoon up your own ass dipshit.

But shouldn't the company make sure you're capable to do the job in the first place, especially when dealing with clients? Not sure why some replies seem to push the idea that because the company hired you to do a job, you are solely responsibility to figure out how to do it.

Sure we can argue about how "you need the job more than the company needs you" or that you applied for it, so you should do your best or something. But the company is also the one that chose you. So if you can't do it either because they made a mistake hiring you or because they are asking for more, they also need to see what they can do to help you help them. Your superiors will also kena if you perform poorly, so they also need to see what they can do.

Can't just make excuses to the client like "Sorry hor, we hired the wrong guy for the job. Anyway is their fault, not ours so you go chase them and penalize them."

Sorry lo.
There is always a gap in tech. That's why the $ is supposedly good.
So you just attract ppl who go for the $. But have no skills.

Can you imagine a 15 years system architect don't even know how to backup and restore a database. Cause its always done by a database administrator.

Then alot of people will put in resume like they are the tech lead la, they lead the project la, they design la.
Bla bla bla fake useless skills

The program is a mass hire and dumping ground.

No idea why do you expect them to train you lol are you crazy? You're literally not qualified whatsoever and they gave you a job. If you want a job that's actually catered to your skillset, apply for perm positions and not some trash program garbage.

ya exactly

programs like this, or that DBS one or the UOB one, its all a test to see if those who really have the skillsets, can withstand the amount of cry babies and dumb fks who cant do any dev work at all standing in the same position as them and climb above them

there's always a lot of turnover for these kinds of programs. its either CMI retards or zai at dev work but cannot stand the fact that they are put on the same level as the retards
