i m ok with lvl 9, i think i will stay in this lvl for a long time, lvl 8 seem to have more responsibility, which i want to avoid

overall, i just want to say be contented when u reach lvl 9, cos lvl 8 is a whole new ball game

Usually 1mth for avg performer loh. Good performer around 1.5mths loh. Top is ard 2 and that’s it. +- abit depending on proj performance loh.
