public uni interns are not entitled to CPF. i didnt get CPF either when I was a intern, I just got my payment in full cash. its not illegal or shady practices, it's allowed by MOM. companies can choose to give CPF or not if you're from public uni ( NUS / NTU / SIM / SIT / SUTD )
Makes sense but I’m from private Uni and I only received my cpf from acn 2 years later. 😂🤔I don’t think a 2 year gap make sense as cpf regardless of employee cpf or employer cpf should be made by the end of the next month.

thats interesting.

did you still get your intern pay in full? ( sorry if this is already answered, i didnt read the earlier posts )

if u didnt then its illegal.

if u did then its all ok honestly, as long as u get ur intern pay in full, they dont have any reason to give u CPF because its not taken from ur pay. ( talking about the public uni students here )

Lol why is everyone telling this person to go with Marsh and not ACN.. Marsh is really that good? Isn’t ACN a bigger name

Oh yes intern pay was given every month. So I’m actually quite confused as to the cpf that was only in this year if it’s employee cpf (the 20% deducted from pay) or the employer cpf. Tried calculating and neither of them tallies with the cpf credited to my cpf account and the amount kept getting revised.

ACN may be a more heard of name, but it’s not at the top of the industry. As for Marsh, it’s the leader in its field and salary increment is a lot higher after 2-3 years of experience. Coupled with the work life balance, the answer is quite obvious. Afterall no right no wrong, guess each have their own preference, so ultimately up to the person to choose himself.

Last time EE was only for tech and not consulting right? Then what was in place for consulting? Is it the same for this year for those who only applied to the grad consulting analyst?
