Hi, has anyone worked with them before?

How's the work environment there? Is it stressful?

Is the annual pay increment and bonus reasonable?

Maybank is not really consider banking industry when it comes to work culture or pay & bonus side. It is more like a typical medium size Singapore company, so don’t expect too much.

Heard late hours there too, don't expect to go off on the dot daily

What about roles in their business departments? IT typically works late across all banks so that's expected.

Heard that their bonuses are minimally 3-4 months though which is quite decent.

Heard from who? I don't think there is any bank in Singapore that pays "minimally 3-4 months" bonus and certainly not May bank.

Anyone mind sharing Maybank's corporate rank structure please? I'm looking at "Manager" role reporting to a VP and Head at Maybank. Anyone knows what is it equivalent to say, local bank's grade pls?
