Just apply. Practice the basic quantitative and logical reasoning tests online. However, CAG does look at GPA. No harm trying if you have a decent GPA  All the best (From personal experience)

It's longer than civil service, but not that bad compare to a lot of pte companies. Most days can go back before 8pm. Depending on department, peak period might need to stay longer few days a month.
