Last year 2.7 mth (good contributor)
This year 3.2 mth (strong contributor)

Nope looks correct. Adjacent entity too, strong and got 4.6mths.

My side good contributor is 2.4 months, strong contributor is 3.5 months. I guess bonus differs from different BU?

My side only 2.2 month only. It’s common you get Strong when they want to promote you from E5 to E6 this is a what happen to my colleagues?

How long it’s will take ? My side like average 4-5 years is this long ?
