Yes. The hand take over is poor. Every now and then people in ihis will change their minds. And we as the vendor will need to dig the email threads to cover our own a$$. I am quite sick and tired of working with them tbh.

I have been to the army, construction, logistics, electronics, banking companies. Old birds in those industries always brag about how tough the industry is. if you can survive there, u can survive anywhere. Guess what, i have been to all of them and none of them could match the workload and mental nonsense IHIS throws at u.

This company is unique in the sense that everything takes priority over saving patient lives (even if it means sacrificing your own life). Basically it is used to justify broadly and blanket cover any ailments or misgivings about the company's shortcomings. Any opposing views get shot back by the ivory tower management. Yes they do occasionally ask u for feedback and surveys, but only for them to gather intel and word out a reply to pay lip-service to you.
