Im currently working full time permanent, but the moment no alternate opportunity other than IHIS.
Due to so many negative comments in Glassdoor and others forums it make me confused should I join or not.

Ihis has changed already. They are putting more effort into employee growth and retention these days. Dont let other people ruin your career. Make a decision for yourself.

How much is IHIS yearly bonus? Got 3 months for not high performer? Increment got 5% yearly or not? Thinking of applying. Thank you

Usually can hit up to 6 months believe it or not. Increment at least 3-10% normally.

Heard bonus is 2 times a year. Mid and end year. Is it true?
