So low?
Our recent fresh grad recently revealed he's only 4.8k. He was expecting 5k plus cause according to survey.
So yep. I personally also only 4.5k 15 years exp.

But most job application already know put 5k to 8k range for 3 years experience...
All thanks to software comp Sci earning 5k fresh grad pay and some industry players are willing to pay fresh grad 4.5k+++
End up senior /experience become super underpaid compared to fresh grad now

no work life balance, 24/7 standby if you are doing sys engineer, sys analyst role
bare minimum technical skills required, cant learn much.

Send email to HR asking pay review other file complaint to MOM, you should pay increased by at least 30-40%
