Job Offer, need advice :)

I am offered a role as a facility manager (Soft FM) at a 5 star luxury hotel by a ex-colleague after barely 1 month since I started work as an assistant manager at a restructured hospital (service provider, vendor for support ops).

My previous work experience include 3.8 years (Exec), support ops at another restructured hospital and 2.5 years (Exec), facility management at a country club.

Question is should I divert my career path to hotel/facility mgt?

*The remuneration offered by the hotel will either match my current package or be slightly higher.

take money aside, which job puts you in the career path that you want?

Forget either. Go take career switch courses into technology and have a better career!
