Newport residences developed by City Development Ltd. Located in District 02 at the intersection of Anson and Keppel Road. Newport Residences price will be closely monitored to compare with One Bernam which is just located behind Newport Residences location. This Newport Residences in actually the former Fuji Xerox building along Anson Road. The Newport Residences location is very much sought after because it is among the fringe of the city state central business district and along the perimeter of Greater Southern Waterfront.
It is also close to many amenities especially the commuting infrastructure of the MRT transport network served by the Tanjong Pagar Station of the East West line. Also the Marina Bay Financial Centre is within walking distance.
