This kopar location is simply just couple minutes walk to newton mrt which houses two operating lines namely the north south line and the downtown line bringing so much commuting convenience, efficiency and effectiveness in traveling to all parts of Singapore. Kopar price anticipated to be favourable for good market entry price as the land price is relatively cheaper than the new residential launches in its immediate vicinity and surroundings. Also, kopar will be much sought after because it is located in the most prestigious district of District 9 in Singapore.

Another promising development is the Linq At Beauty. It's just beside the Beauty World MRT station and yhe upcoming Integrated Transport Hub.

Linq at Beauty World should be launching quite soon, especially with the successful launch of Forett nearby at an average of $1,950 PSF.

Given that the Linq location is just right next to Beauty World MRT station, it is likely to command a price premium over Forett that requires about 10 minutes walk to the station.

However while both are freehold projects, Linq @ Beauty World is a small development, even though it is a mixed development. So the facilities for it would be less, and might make it less attractive in that respect.
