Default For Sale at MeyerHouse

Instead of the MeyerHouse restaurant at Changi Village, or the famous Meyer House designed by Charles Eames in Missouri, this is about the MeyerHouse condo in the east coast area of Singapore.

The name of this development arises from its location along the upmarket Meyer Road, that is lined with a number of luxury apartments and landed homes. The MeyerHouse condo is on the north side of Meyer Road, that is zoned low-rise, with a plot ratio of 1.4. Hence it shares that side of the road with similar 5 storey high apartments and a number of one and 2 storey high houses.

Across Meyer Road, the land there is zoned for a higher density. Hence MeyerHouse faces a number of high rise condominiums such as The Makena, The Sovereign, and the relatively newer MeyeRise.

The MeyerHouse condo comprises only 57 units, when actually the land size and plot ratio is such that it could easily have accommodated 100 units. Hence the units here are bigger than the norm, which appeals to the potential buyers who live in the vicinity. Many of them who live in landed homes would welcome apartments that are closer to the sizes they are used to.

Our development is on freehold land, and the developer is UOL Land, one of the most reputable developers in Singapore, with a strong track record of quality work and efficient floor plan layouts.

Default The MeyerHouse Showflat Launch

Correction - should be 56 units, not 57 units. Anyway MeyerHouse is finally launching, like end of this month May. And it is absolutely gorgeous!! Beautiful design and landscaping, by master architect WOHA and the authority in landscape design Ramboll Studio Dreiseitl. The MeyerHouse showflat is truly impressive. And each unit comes with really its own private lift, so there are 56 lifts in this small development.
