Fyve Derbyshire is approximately 530 meters away from Novena MRT and this truly spells convenience as Newton MRT interchange is 1 stop away which also serves the Downtown Line, Orchard being 2 stops away and Raffles place at the 6th stop.
The new Fyve Derbyshire condo will be the product of a successful en bloc sale of the former Derby Court. The sale was through a tender and RH Developments, a subsidiary of Roxy-Pacific Holdings won the bid among 7 hopeful bidders including local developers, foreign developers and funds.
