Being rich is to have all the best things life has to offer. I think I won't push myself too hard, I have all my spare time to go get it! lol!

Any business can make you that pot of gold - hawker stall, fashion shop, tuition, and even bubble tea. You just need to be good, maybe have some good marketing skills, and maybe some luck sometimes.

But from my interaction with many people, they only talk about ideas and never are committed enough to execute the ideas wholeheartedly.

(There's another one by Guy Kawasaki on a similar theme, but I can't find the link.)

Aiya, people just talk all the time. Me too. And my colleague sitting next to me keeps talking about how he thought of the Groupon concept years before Groupon became big, and he said he also came up with the social networking idea before anyone else (except that he did not implement it).

Bull.

I think that person is me. I also talk and talk all my life. Nothing achieved.

Being rich for me is not needing to indulge in all the things money can buy.

Hard work is not overrated. If luck is important, then you work hard - knock on as many doors as you can, and however low your luck is, some door will open for you.
