Cos read someone said its hard to get fired in CS unless screwed up badly. Just providing example of someone who got fired from CS. Btw, when I first went to China, a GLC retired Director followed me to "buddy team team". LOL, on the 5th day, he could not tahan the situation and returned to SG.......

Do you have first class hons? I'm wondering why they let you join as mx12 even though U aren't a scholar. Hmm....

Anyway if you received B+ in First yead and A in second year, Im pretty sure you will get promoted very soon.

my colleague who is 2 years into his job in now a SAD (started off as AD), does this mean that he got promoted to mx11 after 2 years? quite hard to believe..

Hi,

Are you handling policy-related work at your ministry?

Unregistered 02-11-2015 10:32 PM

i work in a ministry and i have seen 1 of my colleague getting HTS11 (Home Team Specialist Scheme), which is equivalent to MX11.

i think it's damn fast for him considering he's only 30 years old as of 2015. not ********ting as i saw his NRIC starts with S85XXXXXX.

30yo grade 11 is not fast. In a page 100+ post, someone aged 34 was already MX10 and earning 7k

Where I was fired from, most people are grade 11 at 26-27. The training is tough though with high attrition rate.

It is above average typically for most ministries. 29 year old as MX11 with 4 years experience, started off as MX13.

I am applying one manager role in a stat board, one assistant director role in another stat board and one lecturer role in poly.

Have close to 6 years of relevant working experience. Is $7,500 expected salary acceptable?
