If you're lucky, svp in sg, ask for internal transfer to NYC and you can triple your salary easily. Even post tax, it would be equivalent to sg 19k monthly.
Sg19k monthly in NY and you are going to live a very spartan life. Cost of living in NY is crazy. You need at least US240k p.a. or US$20k p.m. to live a normal life. Rent in a semi decent place will cost you $5-8k p.m.

SVP for Citi pays more than 15k monthly even for low YOE & ops. Average is around 18k base with bonuses varying greatly depending on function.

He already got prosecuted obviously that would affect his income, OF is illegal in sg, but only enforced for males sadly.

Setting aside its illegal in Singapore, you also need a certain body shape to even bother with it.

Just done a quick estimate for me & wife total household income for 2023, for both active and passive income. We are in our early 50s.

earned income - 250k + 550k
CPF interests (include Tbill) - 80k
Shares dividends - 130k
Rental (from 2nd half year) - 30k

overall a fruitful year with total income >SGD1mil mark

body shape is easy, it's the face that's important. I have 8 pacs and huge biceps, but sadly don't have a face like him, otherwise, I would be doing OF as well.
