I don't think that's gonna work for TS. Marketing Assistants are paid like 2k with 1-2 months bonus max. That will mean a 40+% paycut.

Hi there yes agree with you that my pay is on the lower end as i joined as direct entry sgt without completing my NS. I joined with an entry pay of 2273. Yearly increment range from 80 to 120 depending on performance grade on the year itself. One promotion to Staff sgt additional increment of about 100+ very little only. Now going on 5 years 2 months. Sigh tell me about it bro.

Thanks for the add bro i came across it but like what previous senior said 40+% paycut cannot sia.. my house coming in 2 years time i got installment to settle too. 10% i still can tank. 40 really buay sai haha.

And i have relevant internships just not very long period of time and not very relevant in terms of industry. Is a marketing internship in Singapore institute of retail studies commonly known as SIRS for like 4 months? Haha

Car dealership marketing entry about 2.4k only and bonus maybe 1mth only.

End of the day because of irrelevant work exp and unattractive academics, there is no way to expect private sector to keep his staff sergeant pay and benefit.

Ts need to make a call to sacrifice and start from beginning or just continue sign on with police.

Honestly damn sian for me. but then again, i know the real world is cruel. Maybe i'm better off sticking to MHA civilian scheme or perhaps suck thumb and try for Senior Officer.

Your deg isit full time UniSIM? Otherwise not possible to join MHA as fresh deg grad. So far base on your wishy washy mentality, you are better off just continuing in SPF specialist track.
