Need advise on new offer (Should i jump?)

Hi guys, need your advise,
im currently holding a manager positions in an engineering field SME pte company, salary 5300$ + AWS, and increment every year mainly around 3-5%..no variable bonus as all this years company “not making money”

recently, there is job hunter approached me and i have an offer from another company for the position of engineer with the starting salary of 5800$ and adjust to 6000$ after probation.

Need advise, should i just jump with this 10-12% salary increment? i dont mind the position as what im doing now basically bao ka liao as well, my current work place is near to my house and the new company need me to travel around 1+ hour by mrt.

i don't' think you need advice.. you already have the answer and it's financially sound.

I have a bigger issue.. i lost my job due covid.. another company offered me a procurement/project role with 10% pay cut. it's totally new field.. not sure if it's worth the career switch.

Did TS take the new offer at the end?

This kind don't need to ask. Higher pay with no managerial responsibility, just go only.
