Hi,

Just wondering if anyone applied for the recent program and have heard back from Trafi? I applied a month back and haven had a reply.

So if someone refer you, it means you're a bum? Nice one. Don't you know that the referee gets a referral fee so it means the one who refers usually picks a capable candidate to refer.

And the part of finding out what HR is thinking totally makes no sense. What you're trying to say is that I submit my application then I need to find out what HR is thinking? Very funny.

One of the top choices. It seems like they offer a structured program with good prospects. A pretty rare occurrence among the trading houses. However, I have heard some negative feedback about the program so I am still undecided.
