if u jus want to meet the management to find out wat they lookin for and what kind of questions they ask in interview, den is fine... but you sld not take any other offer once u signed an offer with a company... if not, it will reflect very badly on ur professionalism... n depending on ur industry.. sometimes these type of things will travel beyond the company itself.

You signed offer letter then last min don't join will kenna blacklisted by the company. Imaging they all happy they filled the position already then last minute you fly their aeroplane they need to begin the interview process all over again.

Legally, your contract only begins on the date you join.
So you still can inform the employer that you reject their offer.

However, in reality companies really do blacklist candidates.
(At least mine do)
So weigh your chances.

No. U have the right to reject an offer (before u agree anything). But once u signed any agreement and back out from it even tho it is not legally binding, it reflects very badly on u.

From your post, I believe you are not being offered a management position. Just choose the company that you prefer.

I signed the letter of appointment with A with start date 3 weeks later. During the 3 weeks I went for interviews with other parties, managed to get a better remuneration package than what A has offered. Called in to A, withdrew from position.
