Pray tell how does one get into those segments as a fresh grad and without prior experience?
Did you?

The notion that starting as some retail salesman in the pits of a bank is the door to PB/IB is a novice fantasy. It seldom happens in real life and people who make the successful switch are not any more common than professionals from other fields who parachute in.

Agree to a certain extend. The crux of the matter here is, how do you get into PB/IB as a fresh grad without any experience?

this forum not so useful anymore. last time alot of constructive comments from people who are really in the respective industries.
