What I know about if you have referral will be good as well. Apart from that, preparation and ad-hoc questioning will be part of the assessment on managing emotions and handling under stress.
FSO - largely handles a team of FSAS (Specialist) non degree holders
FSAS - Their team lead will be FSO lo, and then mostly work on the task given by FSO and Directors. HAHA.
Good thing is the travel allowance quite attractive when posted for overseas mission.
Negative thing is the toxic work culture between colleagues. IYKYK (score points).
Progression - It is a dead end. Unless you are a scholar or some smart ass, probably you will be ID-ed for leadership position. Otherwise, you are just an officer. By then you will already finding other job positions... else where...
It is a 24/7 to be prepared for any incident around the world, then everyone will need to be stand by for tasking and support which ever needed.

Hello! Quite surprising to receive a notification from this thread after a year. Just to update, yes, I did get the job offer and yes, I accepted it.
The delay was due to the security clearance - it's different for everyone. In my case, it took around 4 months. My start date was also delayed due to my pre-planned travel schedule, so I started mid-2024.
Perhaps give them another two more weeks to follow up - just to check if it is a rejection or not. From my understanding, rejections are pretty decisive here. However, don't let the waiting game stop you from trying out other opportunities as well.

Hello! Thank you for the reply.
Thank you for the advice. Yeah, I've had a few other opportunities but have rejected a few of them so far as the offered positions don't align with my career goals as much as the role of FSO does at this point. So I'm really hoping for the offer from MFA to come through as its something I'd really want; hoping that its more or less good since the reference checks have been done. Thanks for the advice! I'll probably follow up in a few weeks if I still don't hear from them.
How has your 1 year in MFA been so far?

Hello! Thank you for the reply.
Will probably follow up with them in a few weeks again to check in with them on the outcome/status.
How has working in MFA been so far?

Fascinating insights needed! Navigating MFA as an FSO seems complex. Regarding the interview process, any tips on acing the roundtable discussion, written essays, and especially the assessment centre? Perhaps mastering communication skills like a seasoned [url=s://snowridergame.io]Snow rider[/ navigating slopes could translate to success here.

Can only give experience from my single session. The antagonistic, debating style folks didn't make it. Those who didn't speak didn't make it.
