Just got invited to their super day.

Wondering on their salary, wlb, culture and exit opportunities here as a software engineer.

For reference, i am a local uni male from STEM but not CS.

Appreciate any comments or inputs. Thanks!

hmmm ok thanks for the insights! what determines the pay you get from 7-10k? eg. degree or gpa?

and also whats the total comp i can expect? all in package roughly how many months? TIA!

hey OP, me too ill be having my phone interview. Not sure what to expect lol. Seems like it's their first time having a grad program but not 100% sure on that

hmmms did we get invited to the same thing? lol im not sure what phone interview? i got an invite to their in-person assessment center.

did you do the 15 qn technical assessment as well?

not yet, I might have gotten this phone interview because I applied for more than 1 role. When will u be going down to their assessment center? Will it be a whiteboard interview then?

i dont rmb there was more than 1 role available? lol did you apply the supernova program? i think its a fixed thing isnt it? anyway for the AC its next week. no idea at all on the format.

there's no phone interview lol either u got scammed or mixed up with something else

I applied for their FT SWE role and their graduate SWE (supernove) role
