[HELP] Feel like I am being shortchanged by my company, what should I do?

Exactly, I feel that same way I just didn't put down in words. A team mate of mine studied Physics but is a scholar.... she got the allowance even though we are doing Comp Sci work?? and im here like bruh..

Just really annoying but have chosen to move on, and find better pastures elsewhere

Thanks everyone, I've decided that I won't come to work feeling sour everyday. Gotta try my best to get an IT job elsewhere, somewhere that recognizes me for my skills rather than stay here (altho the work-life is great and all)

In the worst case, if i can't find another job that pays better now, imma just get much better at my IT skills with my free time, and jump ship as soon as I can

Well now that I plan to leave soon, hope it smacks them in the face that engineers deserve some love too
